Step into the world of professional massage through this immersive, hands-on weekend training in Relaxation Full Body Massage. This course is designed to teach you how to deliver a flowing, calming and deeply restorative full body treatment that eases tension, soothes the nervous system and supports overall wellbeing. Over three focused days, you will learn the structure and rhythm of a complete one-hour relaxation massage. From correct body mechanics and therapist posture to smooth transitions and treatment flow, you’ll gain the practical skills and confidence to begin offering professional sessions immediately upon completion. This is relaxation-style massage training — grounded, nurturing and therapeutic. You will leave not only with technique, but with the understanding of how to create a safe, calming space for your future clients. Recognised by the Massage Association of Australia (MAA), graduates are eligible to apply for membership as a practicing therapist and obtain professional indemnity insurance through their approved provider. Whether you are beginning a new career, expanding your current qualifications or learning a valuable lifelong skill, this course offers a supportive and practical foundation.
