This practice works in harmony with the body’s natural rhythms and is closely connected to the vagus nerve, encouraging a sense of safety, relaxation and deep inner awareness. It can be a powerful addition to healing journeys, including periods of transition, emotional processing or personal ceremony. With a background in Reiki, crystal healing, meditation, massage and breathwork since 2014, Tamara holds each session with care, intuition and respect—ensuring a personalised and supportive experience for every woman.
