Crazy Lace Agate is a vibrant, swirling variety of Chalcedony recognised for its intricate bands of cream, honey, gold, rust and warm earthy reds that weave together in flowing, lace-like patterns. Formed through rhythmic mineral layering within ancient volcanic rock, these natural designs reflect the free, unrestricted movement of Earth’s creative forces. With a hardness of 6.5–7 on the Mohs scale, it is both durable and well suited to everyday wear. Most Crazy Lace Agate comes from Mexico, where some of the world’s most beautifully patterned material is found.
