Our Chakra Balancing session offers a gentle and intuitive energy treatment designed to restore balance, clarity and harmony throughout the body’s energy system. The session begins with the creation of a calm, supportive space, allowing the body to relax and the mind to settle. Using Reiki energy and intuitive awareness, Brooke works from the root chakra upward, supporting the natural flow of energy through each chakra and encouraging release where imbalances are held. Drawing on her background as a qualified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, Brooke brings a grounded, nurturing approach to the session, allowing the body to feel safe, supported and deeply at ease as energy shifts occur. As blockages soften, clients may experience sensations such as warmth, lightness, emotional release or a deep sense of calm and connection.
