Many imitation stones flood the market, making it challenging to find authentic, high-vibrational pieces. In this workshop, you’ll get up close with real and fake specimens, comparing their texture, weight and lustre to recognize key differences. We’ll cover common counterfeits such as dyed howlite posing as turquoise, fake aura quartz and brightly coloured glass misrepresented as obsidian plus so many more. Through guided exercises and expert demonstrations, you’ll develop confidence in identifying authenticity using practical techniques. Expect a welcoming, intuitive and educational environment where you can engage with a variety of stones, ask questions and deepen your connection with Earth’s natural treasures. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with the skills to trust your instincts and spot fakes with ease.
