Experience the calming power of sound, vibration and frequency in this deeply relaxing wellness session designed to support balance, relaxation and energetic alignment. Frequency Therapy uses a specialised frequency device that delivers targeted sound frequencies, measured in Hertz (Hz) — the number of vibrations per second. Different frequencies are traditionally associated with intentions such as grounding, emotional release, healing, clarity and spiritual connection. During your session, one carefully selected frequency is used for the full treatment, allowing your body and nervous system time to settle and integrate. Sessions are performed fully clothed in a peaceful, comfortable environment. Many people describe these sessions as deeply calming and meditative, often experiencing a sense of stillness, warmth, heaviness, tingling or subtle energetic shifts. Depending on the frequency selected and session duration, any remaining amount will be charged after the session.
