Group Past Life Regression Experience

Curious about past life regression and guided trance work, but not quite ready to experience a full private session? This small group experience is designed as a gentle introduction to regression work, allowing you to explore the process in a safe, relaxed and supportive environment. Throughout the session, we will practise guided relaxation and visualisation techniques to help prepare the mind and body for the regression experience. From there, participants will be guided inward through a gentle journey that may include: ✨ Visiting a past life or meaningful symbolic experience ✨ Exploring future possibilities and envisioning your most aligned path ✨ Meeting a spiritual guide or supportive presence ✨ Deep relaxation, reflection and personal insight The regression journey itself will run for approximately one hour, with additional time beforehand to settle in, set intentions and prepare, followed by grounding, journaling and optional group sharing afterward. This experience remains in a lighter trance state within a group setting and is intended as an accessible way to explore guided regression and inner journeying in a supportive environment. Some people experience vivid scenes and details, while others receive emotions, sensations, symbols or intuitive impressions.
