This hands-on workshop invites you to explore a beautiful collection of resins, woods, herbs and botanicals while discovering the aromas that resonate most deeply with you. Before we begin making the cones, we’ll spend time exploring scent and tuning into what your senses are naturally drawn to. Some fragrances feel grounding and calming, while others uplift, inspire or bring clarity — this process helps guide the blend that becomes uniquely yours. Once you’ve discovered the ingredients that call to you, you’ll learn how different materials work together to create balanced aromatic blends. You’ll then shape and craft your own incense cones from scratch, creating something both personal and meaningful to take home. This workshop is designed to be a sensory, creative and enjoyable experience. Whether you’re curious about incense making, love working with natural aromas, or simply want to try something new, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for scent and the knowledge to continue experimenting at home. During the workshop you will: ✨ Explore a beautiful variety of natural incense ingredients ✨ Discover which scents resonate most strongly with you ✨ Learn how to blend aromatic materials into a balanced mixture ✨ Craft and shape your own incense cones from scratch No previous experience is needed and all materials will be provided. Workshop Details: Location: Splendiferous – 109 Campbell St, Rockhampton Duration: Approx. 55 minutes Price: $30 per person Sessions: Saturday 6th of June - 10am, 11am, 12pm Spaces will be limited to keep the workshop small, relaxed and hands-on.
