What to Expect: Pre-Session Consultation We begin with a relaxed conversation about your background, intentions and questions. The Session You are gently guided into a relaxed trance state, where you may access meaningful experiences and connect with your Higher Self for answers and insight. Integration We discuss your experience and you receive a recording to revisit as insights continue to unfold. Preparing for Your Session: Bring a list of questions or areas you’d like clarity on. You remain conscious and in control throughout the session. How long does a session take? Sessions run for 3–4 hours, so please allow this time to be fully present.
