This bespoke immersion is designed to help you rest, release and realign, leaving you feeling calm, balanced and renewed. About Tam Your session will be guided by Tam, a dedicated Reiki practitioner who has been supporting others through energy healing since 2014. Her work blends a range of holistic modalities including Reiki, crystal healing, yoni steaming, meditation, massage and breathwork, allowing each session to be tailored to the individual. Tam also holds women’s circles, creating sacred spaces for connection, reflection and healing. This Rest & Reset experience can be seen as a private one-on-one circle, where you are gently guided through supportive practices designed to nurture the body, calm the mind and restore energetic balance. Her sessions provide a safe and grounding space for women to pause, release what no longer serves them and reconnect with a deeper sense of wellbeing, harmony and inner strength. ✨
